Volunteers with the Whole Mothering Center It is through the efforts of our volunteers that the Whole Mothering Center community is able to exist. Fostering an environment where mothers nurture mothers is central to our mission and without the help of our volunteers, the Whole Mothering Center could not function. We sincerely appreciate the hours and efforts that the women who work with us donate. They give of themselves and their time to be available to offer support and encouragement to mothers in our community and help us reach a population of families who would otherwise not have access to the kinds of programs we offer. Volunteers are required to complete our Volunteer Orientation to ensure that mothers receive an optimal level of care. We conduct an interview with each volunteer applicant to assess which areas the applicant has the most experience in so that we can match applicants with volunteer positions that meet her needs and best serve our clients. If you wish to volunteer your time helping to further the mission of the Whole Mothering Center, please call to schedule an interview. |

her baby in any location in which the mother is authorized to be". Corporate Sponsors will also post the International Breastfeeding Icon on at least one
public entrance to signify that the business is breastfeeding friendly.
